We loved the location of the house lots of room,the kitchen was well equiped, thank you so much for the grill and coffee maker.... as we bring our own meat every year. the weather was great while we were there now back to the frozen tundra -26 this moring, kinda wish we were back in St John LOL! You guys are the best would rent again! Thanks for all your help!

The Villa was great! Location was very convenient to restaurants and the town. We could walk to dinner in the town. The Villa was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend it!

We enjoyed Villa Cielo very much. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was nice and we loved being able to easily walk into Cruz Bay and not deal with parking.

The only downside is that there are no window shades in the master bedroom. I noticed this when I got there but didn't think much of it since I like to get up early and don't mind morning sunlight, however, since all the neighbors leave all the outside lights on at night, the bedroom was lit up like a Christmas tree which made it very hard to get a good night's sleep.

The Villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. They had some welcome snacks and drinks when we arrived. There was a cooler, beach chairs and beach towels. St. John Properties was there to pick us up from the ferry and when we had a problem with our Jeep rental they worked very hard to help me even though they didn’t have anything to do with the rental company. They checked on us frequently. We have used VRBO for many years but St. John Properties was so much better! Thank you for the great time!!!!

We had amazing vacation on St. John due to Pam and Wini from St. John Properties..They made our vacation and saved it. As we had unpleasant experience when settled into eastern part of the island (Coral Bay), we immediately started to search for new premises and Pamela immediately responded and offered this piece of heaven at Cruz/Frank Bay. Consequently Wini personally introduced us to this house and we were again in paradise. All what you needed for our stay on St. John!!!! Ideally for family... amenities for the beach, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and many many more. Walking distance to town, restaurants, dining etc etc. ... Pam & Wini thanks again!!!

Cielo- Mar Villa is stunning! This 2 bedroom 2 bath rental has it all. Lovely views of Frank Bay and an easy walk to Cruz Bat makes it a perfect location to rent in paradise. The villa is fully equipped and beautiful. If there was something missing, the request was filled within a day. Our family of four felt very welcomed and at home during our recent stay. The villa supplied everything for our stay from the basics, toiletries, laundry supplies, and everything for the beach. Upon arrival, the fridge was holding some goodies for us as well—which was unexpected and tasty. St John Properties is amazing to work with as well. They made sure we had a private taxi set up from the airport, picked us up at the ferry dock, showed us around the villa and checked in with us several times to make sure everything was just right with the villa and our stay. Linda is amazing and helped us out tremendously, as did Pam and Mark. Bazille Taxi service is awesome as well. For our return trip back to the airport, they held our bags in the taxi and allowed us to explore ST Thomas some before our flight at no extra cost. Amazing service all around! Thank You!! We definitely would stay at Cielo -Mar villa in future trips and work through St John Properties.

Cielo-Mar was a great villa for our family!! The location of the house was perfect for an easy walk to town and allowed for the comfort of our teenagers to walk in safely without us!! The pool area was beautiful too, with a wonderful view down to Frank Bay. The interior was gorgeous and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax and hang out. The staff at St. John Properties was amazing. Met us at the ferry to get us situated and were very attentive to making sure our stay was perfect!!

Property was beyond our expectations. We would definitely recommend to others.

The Villa was very comfortable and well provisioned as any home. The spiral staircase can be challenging. Parking is difficult because spot was blocked by other vehicles. Location is excellent, close to town to walk to restaurants. Overall stay at Cielo Mar was wonderful and we will want to book again.

The villa was perfect for our small family. Very close to town and quiet. Was wonderful taking a dip in the pool at the end of the day and taking in the sunsets over Frank Bay. Everyone at St. John Properties was helpful, as well. Hope to get back one day!

This is our second time renting with St. John Properties and again, it was a fantastic experience. Cielo - Mar Villa was wonderful - well equipped, great floor plan, and we could walk to restaurants. We appreciated the cheese and crackers and other provisions provided by St. John Properties. Cielo- Mar Villa is charming. We will be back.

Obviously, we loved the place resulting in a 3 week booking in January 2022.

A couple of minor items for your maintenance efforts:
1) toilet seat on main floor was loose.
2) the retractable faucet in kitchen needs adjusting.
3) you could prob use some better instructions for tv sat operations
4) exact location of nearest dumpster would help. We carried it a long way.

We loved our stay at Cielo Mar it was perfect very clean we love the pool. And we could walk back and forth to town anyway it was a wonderful trip every minute of it we enjoyed thank you

I can't say enough about how wonderful BJ and her team were to us. BJ met us at the ferry, took us around Cruz Bay to help get our bearings. She ensured our car was ready and waiting even though we were an hour later getting to the island. Cielo-Mar Villa is beautiful! The online pictures don't do it justice! It was perfect for my family of 4. We had plenty of room. We grilled out a couple of nights and enjoyed the pool a couple of late afternoons. We sat by the pool in the mornings as we drank coffee and planned our day. It is the PERFECT location as well. Easy access to all the northern, beautiful beaches and an easy walk into town for dinner, drinks, and shopping. We will definitely be return! It was an awesome experience!

I traveled with my four daughters to St. John🌴for spring break. This was our second trip to the island but the first renting a villa through St. John Properties, at the recommendation of a friend who has been a loyal customer. After this trip, we are, too! BJ and staff were excellent to work with, paying attention to every detail, even in the midst of the evolving coronavirus outbreak. The Villa was better than described! There was more than enough room for the five of us gals and all the amenities we needed. We look forward to coming back to paradise!

As always we love visiting STJ. We are simple people and the house fitted us nicely. I think the only thing we figured out was getting bit up during the night....

We would stay again.

Villa Ceilo Mar has everything to make you feel at home and would not hesitate to recommend. It was so clean and comfortable, we could have stayed much longer. My family absolutely adored it; from the coastal decor and books to fresh coffee each morning on the private front balcony with gas grill for cooking to the large pool (which we mainly had to ourselves each evening) and garden. The upstairs loft with 3 beds and bathroom was such a great space for my teen daughter and even had her own balcony with great view of Frank Bay. The walk to town is quite easy and takes about 6 minutes with one hill - there is even a close coffee/sundries shop on the corner at Gallows Point Resort. Such a safe and quiet neighborhood - we are looking forward to when we can come back! Thank you to BJ and team for meeting us and giving the tour and also working with our provisions company to get our fridge stocked before arrival.
