PERCHED hundreds of feet above Caribbean waters, Villa Amerigo is a beautiful 2 bedroom home. The entrance is just a few steps down from the spacious parking area. With a west facing view, you'll anticipate the beauty and tranquility of the sunset as evening approaches.
PERHAPS you would like to sit indoors with a glass of wine to enjoy a few minutes in the cool environment of the tropical décor of Villa Amerigo. The rattan sofa and rocker offer a comfy setting for a little conversation with friends or time with a book just for you.
BOTH bedrooms feature elegant king size beds with the tropical palm tree motif you will find throughout the villa. Walk in closets provide plenty of space for your accessories. The a/c wall units are controlled by a remote as is the flat screen TVs.
EACH bedroom has a private bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers. The stone on the floor is a painted design within the tile. You will see the stonework with the shell accent throughout the island. The bench in the outdoor shower provides extra comfort.
VILLA AMERIGO'S kitchen invites conversation and interaction among the guests. Fully equipped from dishwasher to blender; juice glasses to wine glasses; serving bowls to platters, it's a pleasure to eat in.
DINING in Villa Amerigo offers a lot of variety. Eat indoors in the intimate setting of the house interior or on the patio to enjoy the view. The pocket sliders tuck away inside the wall to allow the large expanse between inside ad out.

If you see a beautiful brown calico kitty around the lower level, her name is Calypso. She is a friendly, sweet cat who has been to the veterinarian, received all her shots, and has been spayed. She won’t come in the house. If you want to feed her, please feed her down by the rock wall on the second level of the house as shown above. She loves chicken or turkey canned cat food. She mainly comes out in the early morning or evening and usually sits on top of the wall and loves to be petted also if you wish.
