Welcome to Sunset Ridge Villas! As its name suggests, Sunset Ridge Villas is a tranquil hilltop resort with magnificent views of Cruz Bay, St. Thomas, and astounding daily sunsets! Sunset Ridge Villas offers a 50 ft. swimming pool with a built-in wading pool and deck with spectacular views. The hilltop location provides cooling breezes that ensure continuous comfort.
Each one of the six spacious 1800 sq. ft. villas offer a tranquil retreat from its privately fenced courtyard. Each villa consists of a two story 'Great House' with dining area, living area with sleep sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and a second floor bedroom. A courtyard with a splash pool separates the 'Great House' from the second building which houses a large master bedroom and bath. The units have two and a half bathrooms, cathedral ceilings, tiled floors throughout, a 500 sq ft deck, mahogany stairs and trim, screened sliding glass doors, cable TV, washer and dryer, telephone, and BBQ grill.
Beach amenities abound in Cruz Bay which is only a five-minute drive away. Choose from boating, fishing, waterskiing, windsurfing, and scuba diving adventures. Cruz Bay also offers fine and casual dining as well as shopping. Two-thirds of St. John is a U.S. national park with historic ruins, protected beaches, and hiking trails.
