Founded in 1983 by BJ Harris, a resident of the Virgin Islands since 1979 and a full time, active member of the staff, our company has all fundamental components to ensure the vacation of a lifetime; the assurance of commitment to quality and an understanding and appreciation of beautiful St. John, its people and its culture. In 1985, Philomen joined St. John properties as BJ's assistant and the first of her employees. Now, a housekeeper for the company, she also has a thriving hair-braiding business located on the waterfront near our office building.
