St. John Properties is a full service Villa Rental Company, as well as a Real Estate Sales Brokerage. Founded in 1983 by BJ Harris, a resident of the Virgin Islands since 1979 and a full time, active member of the staff, our company has all fundamental components to ensure the vacation of a lifetime; the assurance of commitment to quality and an understanding and appreciation of beautiful St. John, its people and its culture. Jason Corley, Reservations Manager-Extraordinaire, came to the Virgin Islands from San Diego, via Philadelphia (where he met his wife and they had two lovely girls). He was owner of St. John’s Mail Center and brings charm and experience from his past lives as a professional ice skater and Realtor to the St. John Properties team.

In 1985, Philomen joined St. John properties as BJ's assistant and the first of her employees. Now, a housekeeper for the company, she also has a thriving hair-braiding business located on the waterfront near our office building.

Diane is glad to be back on St. John and at St. John Properties. "I do miss the kids and grandkids but I plot ways to get them to come see me. It helps to have beautiful beaches to attract them. I love my time with my husband and I love sewing little girls' sundresses, reading romance novels, and learning to 'bake' in a slow cooker."
